27 in labor and toil and often without sleep, in hunger and thirst and often without food, in cold and exposure.
28 Apart from these external trials, I face daily the pressure of my concern for all the churches.
29 Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is led into sin, and I do not burn with grief?
30 If I must boast, I will boast of the things that show my weakness.
31 The God and Father of the Lord Jesus, who is forever worthy of praise, knows that I am not lying.

2 Corinthians 11:15It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their actions.
Numbers 25:6Just then an Israelite man brought to his family a Midianite woman in the sight of Moses and the whole congregation of Israel while they were weeping at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.
Numbers 25:7On seeing this, Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, got up from the assembly, took a spear in his hand,
Numbers 25:8followed the Israelite into his tent, and drove the spear through both of them—through the Israelite and on through the belly of the woman. So the plague against the Israelites was halted,
Numbers 25:9but those who died in the plague numbered 24,000.
Numbers 25:10Then the LORD said to Moses,
Numbers 25:11“Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, has turned My wrath away from the Israelites; for he was zealous for My sake among them, so that I did not consume the Israelites in My zeal.
Nehemiah 5:6When I heard their outcry and these complaints, I became extremely angry,
Nehemiah 5:7and after serious thought I rebuked the nobles and officials, saying, “You are exacting usury from your own brothers!” So I called a large assembly against them
Nehemiah 5:8and said, “We have done our best to buy back our Jewish brothers who were sold to foreigners, but now you are selling your own brothers, that they may be sold back to us!” But they remained silent, for they could find nothing to say.
Nehemiah 5:9So I continued, “What you are doing is not right. Shouldn’t you walk in the fear of our God to avoid the reproach of our foreign enemies?
Nehemiah 5:10I, as well as my brothers and my servants, have been lending the people money and grain. Please, let us stop this usury.
Nehemiah 5:11Please restore to them immediately their fields, vineyards, olive groves, and houses, along with the percentage of the money, grain, new wine, and oil that you have been assessing them.”
Nehemiah 5:12“We will restore it,” they replied, “and will require nothing more from them. We will do as you say.” So I summoned the priests and required of the nobles and officials an oath that they would do what they had promised.
Nehemiah 5:13I also shook out the folds of my robe and said, “May God likewise shake out of His house and possession every man who does not keep this promise. May such a man be shaken out and have nothing!” The whole assembly said, “Amen,” and they praised the LORD. And the people did as they had promised.
Nehemiah 13:15In those days I saw people in Judah treading winepresses on the Sabbath and bringing in grain and loading it on donkeys, along with wine, grapes, and figs. All kinds of goods were being brought into Jerusalem on the Sabbath day. So I warned them against selling food on that day.
Nehemiah 13:16Additionally, men of Tyre who lived there were importing fish and all kinds of merchandise and selling them on the Sabbath to the people of Judah in Jerusalem.
Nehemiah 13:17Then I rebuked the nobles of Judah and asked, “What is this evil you are doing—profaning the Sabbath day?
Nehemiah 13:18Did not your forefathers do the same things, so that our God brought all this disaster on us and on this city? And now you are rekindling His wrath against Israel by profaning the Sabbath!”
Nehemiah 13:19When the evening shadows began to fall on the gates of Jerusalem, just before the Sabbath, I ordered that the gates be shut and not opened until after the Sabbath. I posted some of my servants at the gates so that no load could enter on the Sabbath day.
Nehemiah 13:20Once or twice, the merchants and those who sell all kinds of goods camped outside Jerusalem,
Nehemiah 13:23In those days I also saw Jews who had married women from Ashdod, Ammon, and Moab.
Nehemiah 13:24Half of their children spoke the language of Ashdod or of the other peoples, but could not speak the language of Judah.
Nehemiah 13:25I rebuked them and called down curses on them. I beat some of these men and pulled out their hair. Then I made them take an oath before God and said, “You must not give your daughters in marriage to their sons or take their daughters as wives for your sons or for yourselves!
John 2:17His disciples remembered that it is written: “Zeal for Your house will consume Me.”
1 Corinthians 5:1It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that is intolerable even among pagans: A man has his father’s wife.
1 Corinthians 5:2And you are proud! Shouldn’t you rather have been stricken with grief and have removed from your fellowship the man who did this?
1 Corinthians 5:3Although I am absent from you in body, I am present with you in spirit, and I have already pronounced judgment on the one who did this, just as if I were present.
1 Corinthians 5:4When you are assembled in the name of our Lord Jesus and I am with you in spirit, along with the power of the Lord Jesus,

1 Corinthians 6:5I say this to your shame. Is there really no one among you wise enough to arbitrate between his brothers?
1 Corinthians 6:6Instead, one brother goes to law against another, and this in front of unbelievers!
1 Corinthians 6:7The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means that you are thoroughly defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?
1 Corinthians 6:15Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? Never!
1 Corinthians 6:16Or don’t you know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.”
1 Corinthians 6:17But he who unites himself with the Lord is one with Him in spirit.
1 Corinthians 6:18Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a man can commit is outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body.
1 Corinthians 11:22Don’t you have your own homes in which to eat and drink? Or do you despise the church of God and humiliate those who have nothing? What can I say to you? Shall I praise you for this? No, I will not!
1 Corinthians 15:12But if it is preached that Christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
1 Corinthians 15:13If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised.
1 Corinthians 15:14And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is worthless, and so is your faith.
1 Corinthians 15:15In that case, we are also exposed as false witnesses about God. For we have testified about God that He raised Christ from the dead, but He did not raise Him if in fact the dead are not raised.
1 Corinthians 15:16For if the dead are not raised, then not even Christ has been raised.
1 Corinthians 15:17And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins.
1 Corinthians 15:18Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
1 Corinthians 15:19If our hope in Christ is for this life alone, we are to be pitied more than all men.
1 Corinthians 15:20But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.
1 Corinthians 15:21For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man.
1 Corinthians 15:22For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.
1 Corinthians 15:23But each in his own turn: Christ the firstfruits; then at His coming, those who belong to Him.
1 Corinthians 15:24Then the end will come, when He hands over the kingdom to God the Father after He has destroyed all dominion, authority, and power.
1 Corinthians 15:25For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet.
1 Corinthians 15:26The last enemy to be destroyed is death.
1 Corinthians 15:27For “God has put everything under His feet.” Now when it says that everything has been put under Him, this clearly does not include the One who put everything under Him.
1 Corinthians 15:28And when all things have been subjected to Him, then the Son Himself will be made subject to Him who put all things under Him, so that God may be all in all.
1 Corinthians 15:29If these things are not so, what will those do who are baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, why are people baptized for them?
1 Corinthians 15:30And why do we endanger ourselves every hour?
1 Corinthians 15:31I face death every day, brothers, as surely as I boast about you in Christ Jesus our Lord.
1 Corinthians 15:32If I fought wild beasts in Ephesus for human motives, what did I gain? If the dead are not raised, “Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.”
1 Corinthians 15:33Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good character.”
1 Corinthians 15:34Sober up as you ought, and stop sinning; for some of you are ignorant of God. I say this to your shame.
1 Corinthians 15:36You fool! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies.
Galatians 1:7which is not even a gospel. Evidently some people are troubling you and trying to distort the gospel of Christ.
Galatians 1:8But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be under a curse!
Galatians 1:9As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be under a curse!
Galatians 1:10Am I now seeking the approval of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ.
Galatians 2:4This issue arose because some false brothers had come in under false pretenses to spy on our freedom in Christ Jesus, in order to enslave us.
Galatians 2:5We did not give in to them for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel would remain with you.
Galatians 2:6But as for the highly esteemed—whatever they were makes no difference to me; God does not show favoritism —those leaders added nothing to me.
Galatians 2:14When I saw that they were not walking in line with the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas in front of them all, “If you, who are a Jew, live like a Gentile and not like a Jew, how can you compel the Gentiles to live like Jews?”
Galatians 3:1O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? Before your very eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified.
Galatians 3:2I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law, or by hearing with faith?
Galatians 3:3Are you so foolish? After starting in the Spirit, are you now finishing in the flesh?
Galatians 4:8Formerly, when you did not know God, you were slaves to those who by nature are not gods.
Galatians 4:9But now that you know God, or rather are known by God, how is it that you are turning back to those weak and worthless principles? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again?
Galatians 4:10You are observing special days and months and seasons and years!
Galatians 4:11I fear for you, that my efforts for you may have been in vain.
Galatians 4:12I beg you, brothers, become like me, for I became like you. You have done me no wrong.
Galatians 4:13You know that it was because of an illness that I first preached the gospel to you.
Galatians 4:14And although my illness was a trial to you, you did not despise or reject me. Instead, you welcomed me as if I were an angel of God, as if I were Christ Jesus Himself.
Galatians 4:15What then has become of your blessing? For I can testify that, if it were possible, you would have torn out your eyes and given them to me.
Galatians 4:16Have I now become your enemy by telling you the truth?
Galatians 4:17Those people are zealous for you, but not in a good way. Instead, they want to isolate you from us, so that you may be zealous for them.
Galatians 4:18Nevertheless, it is good to be zealous if it serves a noble purpose—at any time, and not only when I am with you.
Galatians 4:19My children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you,
Galatians 4:20how I wish I could be with you now and change my tone, because I am perplexed about you.
Galatians 5:2Take notice: I, Paul, tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no value to you at all.
Galatians 5:3Again I testify to every man who gets himself circumcised that he is obligated to obey the whole law.
Galatians 5:4You who are trying to be justified by the law have been severed from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.
2 John 1:10If anyone comes to you but does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your home or even greet him.
2 John 1:11Whoever greets such a person shares in his evil deeds.
Jude 1:3Beloved, although I made every effort to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt it necessary to write and urge you to contend earnestly for the faith entrusted once for all to the saints.
Jude 1:4For certain men have crept in among you unnoticed—ungodly ones who were designated long ago for condemnation. They turn the grace of our God into a license for immorality, and they deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.
Revelation 2:2I know your deeds, your labor, and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate those who are evil, and you have tested and exposed as liars those who falsely claim to be apostles.
Revelation 2:20But I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess. By her teaching she misleads My servants to be sexually immoral and to eat food sacrificed to idols.
Revelation 3:15I know your deeds; you are neither cold nor hot. How I wish you were one or the other!
Revelation 3:16So because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to vomit you out of My mouth!
Revelation 3:17You say, ‘I am rich; I have grown wealthy and need nothing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked.
Revelation 3:18I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, white garments so that you may be clothed and your shameful nakedness not exposed, and salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see.
